As an academic and career planning consultant, I am enthusiastic about providing a service that can assist others in accomplishing their goals. The services offered by Ambition Activators are designed to help high school students, university students and working professionals.
In 2020, I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mount Royal University on the Dean's Honour Roll. After completing my Bachelor's degree, I went on to a Master of Arts degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Adler University, which will be complete by the end of 2021. My Master of Arts degree has contributed to my insight in academic and career planning through courses focused on talent management, employee development, coaching and consulting.
My Master of Arts degree practicum focused heavily on social justice and learner variability. This project contributed to my understanding of unique learning differences and allows me to understand the individual needs of each client. Aside from work and school, I am a Certified Crisis Responder with Kid's Help Phone. Counselling people who text into the Crisis Line has allowed me to focus more on mental health concerns and different types of adversity. This spotlight on mental health has influenced the work of Ambition Activators.
Ambition Activators is dedicated to promoting principles of diversity, equity and cultural awareness. The primary goal is to help all clients feel confident in their future academic and career paths. Plus, contribute to successful outcomes by providing additional services, such as tutoring, organizational/study tips, proofreading and editing.
